FORECLOSURE & SHORT SALE

We are certified Real Estate Owned (REO), short-sale, and foreclosure specialists.  These real transactions are complex and go beyond the standard real estate transactions.  The benefits of using our expertise is that we understand the process of each situation.  By having the required knowledge, we are in the position to help our clients ascertain their goals and/or alleviate their burden.

PROBATE REAL ESTATE

Probate real estate requires specific knowledge and experience beyond the standard real estate transactions.  The probate process requires specialists to have a thorough understanding of the law and Probate Code.  We are certified specialists in this area.  Our specialized services help and support families, executors, and administrators during this difficult time.

BROKER PRICE OPINION

We provide Broker Price Opinion (BPO) and pricing strategy services for all types of residential properties.   BPO is based on the opinion of licensed broker and real estate professionals regarding the value of a property.  If required by the estate administrator, probate referee or probate court, we can provide BPOs and/or arrange for a licensed real estate appraiser to provide a more detailed valuation.
